You really should provide more information. For example you say "at very low electrical rates" and don't at all mention what kind of rates you'll be offering.

I haven't been down to the data center to send you pics yet. Escrow is fine. I am new to the forum but have been mining for about a year and a half.

We currently host for $55/KW we have around 5 MW hosted currently. http://www.salcidoenterprises.tech/ We are basically looking for those that have marginally profitable hosted miners and we can structure in ways that make sense.
I know people have had mixed experience with hosting and it is understandable that there is negative feedback because of it. I am new to the forum and am looking for collaboration. It is of course difficult to change opinions in the short term but we are interested in finding win-win relationships long term. Thanks

I expect scrutiny from long time forum veterans. Your a newbie too, just thought it was funny. I am new to the forum and am trying to connect with the community more. My s7 and pair of spondollie sp20s  use around  3kwatts  and hash at about 5800gh combined.

I would also be willing to do some kind of bond/escrow to help your business out.

A bond is not as good as escrow.  It is more like 25% or 15% of value of gear .

But it does stop a guy from running. I have handled large amount of coin/cash here on site safely as many as 50 plus coins at a time.

Gee, sounds like quite a deal for a newbie with no trust at all. Sounds good if he'd actually accept, if he runs away I guess it's not such a big deal for you. I'm surprised that you're giving so much as two Sp20s to this guy but I guess I'll watch how this turns out.
