You forgot Hero and Legendary have same availability in the designs you can use in the signature.
It's more like Full member, Sr. Member and for Hero members above.

thanks for your input guys. iv found some tools online so im going to see if i can make it myself now. if i get stuck ill be on the hunt again, sorry for the wast of time post.
