I guess that is what most of us are hoping for, but I hope it just keeps growing steadily so that the supply and demand could catch up. I may be stating the obvious, but the liquidity is low, so there's a chance that a bubble may pop if inflated too quickly.

Optimistic it is... indeed. What would be the driving force behind such a push? We would have to see some major event driving that kind of prices.

The last thing that drove the price to $1000+ was the Willybot doing it's thing.  ... I think the latest drive are still some people buying Bitcoin

The last thing that drove the price to $1000+ was the Willybot doing it's thing. 

I am sick of hearing about the "willybot" as the reason BTC went over $1000. People quote that shit as a fact when no one really knows. If anything, GREED was the reason BTC went over 1k and will probably be the driving force when BTC surpasses the ATH.

Nothing much surprises with the recent bitcoin price movement since if the price plays for a matter of $50 difference and really bouncing back always to it's average high and low, I considered that as a normal market move with slight push and pull from those who are taking the waves of pump and dip.

Panic sellers just secured profit and somehow they can't create a havoc due to strong resistance at the current price. Hopefull we just sit to above $700 so that it can maintain a good support while preparing for a next flight to another price level.

While the dip was a very small one, well experienced traders can make a decent amount of money from it considering they buy quite some coins. I personally think we will hit $800 in the new year, but I don't completely write off the chances of seeing it happen this year. If I had to put the chances in percentages then it would be 25% this year, and 75% next year.

at least you made a good profit between that price and yes the uptrend is still going on, lets we hope it will increase before the end of this year so the profit we've made is bigger than that. by the way, i am not waiting for panic sell from the market since it can be happen in this year so lets see what will happen later.

testing the bottom resistance maybe? it surely seems so and if past is any indication there is usually a launch to a much higher price after this phase. in this case with the bottom tested around 730-740 and also the market being ready the launch can be near which can soon end up at $810

Yeah traders would be profitable by that. I suggest you hold your bitcoins till new year. I am sure you achieve the value 800$ plus as many speculation thread saying. Currently i have holder nearly 0.2 btc in my wallet I hope i will be getting profit for sure.

Let's just hope bitcoin won't be banned before then. Some governemnts aready control FIAT and recently want to control gold too.

It is more realistic for bitcoin to hit 800 rather to hit 1000 at this point this month or next one.
800$ is very reachable price for 1 btc at the moment and i dont see any obstacle for this to happen at the moment.
Think we will see first break over 800 then something stable and then we will see price over 1000.

I think the perfect time to buy lots of Bitcoins was just before the halving. Now it's kinda tricky to navigate around all these highs and lows and while it's still possible to make some profit, the margins are way smaller. I don't take advantage of these dips but I would be very wary if I did because it's very easy to be fooled by the price movement and lose a chunk of your funds chasing elusive profit.
