DPOS yes. 11 to 1,001 delegates depending how people vote.

Someone just brought this coin to my attention and its to bad you are doing this ico without the security of having escrows or having to meet and complete tasks before getting you're loot. If that was the case you would have had an investor in me but I cant bring myself to invest in any ico without escrow at a bare minimum. But good luck with moonstone, I'll be following and maybe even grab some on the exchange some day.

I am ready to distribute the XMS from the crowdsale. In order to be sure that you have done your part securing your account and making a backup, send me a message or reply here telling me that you are ready to receive your XMS. I can't stress enough how important securing your account is.

I will only send your XMS if you let me know you are ready to receive it which I would also assume you have saved your backup or at least your private keys.
To those who have not yet verified their purchase, I will still require a digital signature from your proving that you indeed made the transactions.
If you have not tried making digital signatures I would gladly help you. Just let me know.

To those who sent directly from exchanges, I have noted it and I'm also ready to send. Just let me know if you are ready.
To those who want to remain anonymous, you also have the option to make a new account from the web wallet http://node.moonstonedac.com:8080/ and let me know to send XMS to your new account.

what do you mean? isn't the point of escrow to make sure the block chain goes live before the funds are released? the Moonstone block chain went live long before the crowdsale started.
