So hi there, I've been running on 12.8 for a LONG time now, and everytime new drivers come out, I try to upgrade only to get SOME flaw in the drivers that make the 12.8's better.
I run a gaming rig with a 7950, So im not looking for best hash rate, im looking for the most Effecient drivers.
12.8 While mining
Playing BF3 = No fps lag, i still get about 150mh/s with the intensity at 2
Playing Touhou 13 = Solid 60fps with intensity at 5
Playing LoL= Solid 60fps with intensity set at 2, GRAPHIC ERRORS (my desktop skips into the foreground frequently)
13.1 While mining
Playing BF3 = Lots of fps lag, and i get around 120mh/s with the intensity at 1
Playing Touhou 13 = Jittery 59fps with intensity at 2
Playing LoL = unstable fps of 50-60 with intensity 1, No errors, Terrible hashrate
The release notes for the newer drivers claim 20% performance boosts and such wich i would REALLY like to have. Thing is, Everytime i upgrade i find SOMETHING wrong and its a whole 2hr headache of driver swapping and testing
So has anyone tried the 13.3 drivers? Can we mine and play games without horrible slows?
