 For coins market cap you can go coinmarketcap  and see how much each coin worths. You can go to bitcoinstrip to see how much each casino has as wagered amounts.

 How can we check how much the hashes coming from which mining pool? I want to compare pools and I would love it if I could also know how much those pools make and how do they make money.

check that link, you can see top 10 mining pools with their hashrate (current, past 24hours and luck). if you want to know how much they are getting per day you can just click their pool name and you will see their pool transactions, you can start from there

Depends on the pool fee. Varies from pool to pool.
