compare Exchange Sites with my default value [0.01BTC Reward]

Hi,

i want a program/script for comparing some exchange sites with my default value and showing the whole values for me. I want that every 5 minutes and if a value of an exchange site is above my default value i need an extra message.

In the future i will expand this program/script with some private functions(trading, withdraw deposit and so on), so the program/script need to be open for me.

Anybody can do this for me? For what value you do this?
