You need to know the basic ideas of trading and how it works with bitcoin and more you need to know how your coin work. You coin need to have an identical features which is different from others like what was the future of coin, you need to represent them in road map.

Daily many people are launching the coin without any proper knowledge and here it is the best place to learn lot things about basic features of what coin should have. You need to discuss lot of technical terms which you don't understand with the people. Learning is different type of skills the more you discuss the more you can acquire.

i said that because it is not easy as you think, basically coin creation is like math problems but if you don't know the first step like 1+1 it will be very hard for you to succeed. i believe that kind of thing shouldn't be asked, you should do your own research so you will know yourself if you really can create and run a coin.

First of all you need to learn some algorithm programming to generate new coin . Otherwise if you want make just simple altcoin then you should contact directly with exchange site and you need to deposit btc which should be equal to the price of your new coin launch .
( this is told by a my friend who is a trader , I mean I am not sure how much his suggestion is good )

first you should ask yourself "why do i want to create my own coin?"

do you actually have something to add to the altcoin world and the cryptocurrency technology or do you want to end up adding 1 more name to the altcoins graveyard?
is it for money or for development (do you actually have some innovation)?
do you have any cryptography experience?
are you even familiar with bitcoin and at least 1 or 2 altcoins code cover to cover?

if you don't have valid answers to all of these questions, all you need is a Github account and knowing how to fork and rename. and then end up in that graveyard that i mentioned.

Forget about starting your coin, Even you don't know how to run at first. I may see from your history and seems to be doubtful if you are wanna make new coins.
You can tell me what your purpose for making a new coin and why?
But honestly this way are so bad ever I see. New people with lack of the crypto knowledge want to develop new coins, someone can tell me does it make sense?

If you don't know how to create coin and asking for such questions, it would be better to forget idea of your own coin. To create good coin,you need to have good skills, enough money and clear plan about coin develpment of coin.
You don't have skills to do that and if you somehow will create your coin, it will be one of the many shitcoins without future.

You can find some coin creator  in the altcoin marketplace,if I remember it right there are at least 6 coin creator here,the top one being walletbuilder,but you can compare each one so you can come out which will fit your budget and needs..

I don't think he has a coding experience that is why he asking where can he find a developer ,OP has budget but no technical knowledge so he's looking for one who can guide him,one day we'll see him open an announcement about his coin and ask our bitcoin for his ICO,I'm sure of that..
