Is the new forum software ready for use?
I understand this is the one in beta.bitcointalk.org right?

I don't want to lose my account or anything during the shift..
Plus I'd have to reset my pass? Is this possible without changing pass?

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

It's not possible.

If you try to have your password reset on the beta site, you will get an error message saying "Abuse Detected".  The devs have been unable to solve this for a couple weeks now.   Undecided

I think we should just start from scratch and rebuild everything from there.. I don't see anything stopping that, we could always start again :/
