You would have to sell bitcoins for PayPal which honestly I don't recommend. It's just a bad idea and you'll probably have someone charge back on you and you'll be left with nothing.

To get started DON'T get a web wallet. DO NOT get a Blockchain.info, coinbase, xapo wallet. Try good wallets that don't store your private keys online (private keys are your lifeline to your bitcoins. If someone has your private key they can take your bitcoins at any time).

I recommend you download mycelium, Bitcoin core, electrum, etc. Also google any old bitcoin faucet. You get a few free Satoshis (0.00000001BTC=1satoshi) and start to understand how it works BEFORE you invest any money into it. Just don't expect to make an income off of a faucet. That's not what they're for.

If you're looking to buy bitcoins you'll need to let us know what country you're in. It differs around the world.

What will you do with bitcoins?
Will you use it to sell/buy something or will you invest in bitcoins?

If you really want to get your Bitcoin to be exchanged to PayPal within decent time frames, get a wallet set up (either desktop wallet or online wallet, depending on the amount of data space you have available), and then set up an account on an exchange that lets you withdraw into PayPal.

That's basically it, all you need is the Bitcoin at that point.

if you want to turn it in to paypal, then first you must have bitcoin in your wallet, then you can sell it with your friends for the most safe thing, or you can go to localbitcoin and find the recommended sellers and ask the seller that you want to accept the payment on your paypal account.

Bitcoin is Anonymous decentralized digital virtual cryptocurrency. Bitcoin formulation with blockchain and cryptography is the biggest invention ever of this century, so it can be called as global currency also.

Bitcoin is Peer to peer currency so no one control it. And to access bitcoin you must have to set up wallet. Wallets is in different form
as Desktop/Software Wallet, Hardware Wallet, Smartphone/App Wallet, Web Wallet.

After then you have to buy bitcoins to store or spend or sell.

(Above mentioned information is explained on Pocket Bitcoin Guide Source : http://bitgold.co.in) You can find more information.

If you want it to turn to paypal you will cost a big fees, you better do it to your local or nearest bitcoin dealers/retailers, just search it and you will eventually find the best site that is offering the best bitcoins in your country, converting it to paypal is not that great anymore because just like I said it will take you fees and you will not be satisfied when that happens to you, came from own experience.

When one needs bitcoin to be in the form of PayPal, its better to find a trader through different trading site. There are several traders who provide pay by means of PayPal for the bitcoin being send from your bitcoin address.

I definitely recommend getting a software wallet to store all your Bitcoins. You should also do some research about it so you know how to use it. I also don't recommend you selling your Bitcoin for paypal, the price of Bitcoin is rising and selling it would be a waste.

Me too, I'm new in bitcoins. Some wallets offers paypal exhange in their company. I recommend learning more about it before doing it. Its dangerous to enter in things you  don't know so be careful and good luck.

After so many advices u got here, i would add this one.
Buy only little bit of bitcoin like 1$ or 5$ depends on u. Then donate them to someone, or send it to your other address, you will be amazed how easy it is, and you will learn 100 times faster than theory.

As far i know , if you wanna use PayPal to purchase bitcoin .. you can register in Wirex and get a BTC VCC and add that to PayPal account and withdraw funds to your VCC and then purchase bitcoin directly from wirex with cheap price . Or you can purchase btc from coinbase directly with PayPal Smiley

Or, for selling your bitcoin for paypal balance, you could use VirWox, however, they charge large fee's so you should take that in consideration

Virwox is quite safe indeed, if you are for some reason unable to register in exchanges, you can use Virwox.

Localbitcoins/other traders are optional, however more risky due to the nature of PayPal.

Firstly You Need to Create a Wallet On Blockchain.info and Then you Need to Earn Bitcoins Online from Faucets or Many Other Ways Available to Earn Bitcoins Online But As You said above that You are a Newbie So I Suggest you to try out Faucets First and after that you will need to exchange them into Paypal From an Exchanger Like Localbitcoins.com Website.

Don't exchange your bitcoin for paypal money if you do not trust the person/company because they can easily chargeback you and you will end up without bitcoin and without paypal money. Paypal most likely will not side with you in this kind of situations involving bitcoin.

I have a thread in the exchange section here and I have done numerous transacts with selling bitcoin for paypal or vice sa versa. Just look me up there.
I do have a fee to do this since I am rather trusted here and if you can guarantee that you will never do a chargeback or file a dispute as well then you are welcomed to initiate an exchange with me.

I don't understand why would you accept bitcoin or even start with it if your goal is to have it exchange for paypal. If you are some kind of a merchant just better use paypal instead of receiving bitcoin or using it if you have no intention of keeping it. It's risky dealing with bitcoin and paypal together. Also I think as bitcoin is too volatile, it will not be a good idea to keep bitcoin now and then exchange it to paypal later.
