It looks like It's a good service (and recommended by some users) but from what I read on their legal agreement page , It's a reversible payment method : https://www.leupay.eu/en/legal but as long as you are trading with someone trusted and high ranked, I don't think there is anything to be worried about.

Leupay itself isn't reversible. It's functioning like any other bank account. Even if you use credit cards that you have registered there I don't think that this is possible. But maybe if this other side reports fraud and claims that he/she didn't make the transaction in that case they could return the money back but for that this other side would need some kind of evidence for that.

This sound more like paypal chargebacks, so you better deal with only trusted buyers with high number of positive feedbacks.
