Steam accounts can easily be recovered especially if you aren't even offering the email credentials associated with the account.
Even if you did, you can still claim your account was hacked and recover it.

You can always move it yourself to archives with the small button on the bottom left of your screen that says move thread, or you can lock this. No need for a mod to get involved
