What does the DIFF mean? LTC mining on pool

Hi, im getting really bad results here, does it have anything to do with this "diff"?
How can i optimize my results?

4x7950 @ 2400Kh/s # 3x5850 @ 1000Kh/s # 5x280x @ 3500Kh/s # 6x270 @ 2950Kh/s = 9850Kh/s @ DOGECOIN

"diff" means difficulty. Can't help you with the rest...
