It is loading normally in my chrome browser, which browser you are using?
You can either try different browser or you can check does the problem exist on incognito mode or not. If it doesn't exist in incognito mode than you better clear your browser cache and try again.

Poloniex is working properly too on my rog laptop with a stable internet. I encounter that problem too when i used my computer on my office because the internet is secured and and has only limited connection. I think OP chrome is just a little bit out dated if he is using a free internet connection. Or some plug ins on his browser that interupting the data transfer. Huh

Its sure out dated since it happened also to me and i try to install the latest updates and it works after and also you should really check your internet connection since sometimes it does depend on connection you had that helps to load the history. Be sure to update always your browser.

sometimes the same problem with me , but they will solve the problem soon , don't know what happen to the exchange

I have the same problem and i do experience sometimes this kind of situation which trade history doesnt show off on the window. I tried to refresh and restart browser for how many times until it worked out. I dont know whats the true reason behind on this problem maybe its on servers side i guess.

Sorry for didn't reply, I didn't think someone will answer.

This began to happen months ago when I have to fill a captcha to enter to Poloniex. Everytime I enter to Poloniex I have to do a captcha.
If time happens, like 2 minutes, I have to do another one. I tried on every browser. Chrome, Chrome incognito, Mozilla, Opera, Internet Explorer, each one on their last version.

I even tried different computers with different Internet connection. I began to think it has to do with the country where I live. The only place where I can see market history is on the mobile version and I don't have to do captchas.
