Good to know and good to see some payments are being made.
I know and understand everyone has "issues" and "emergencies". However, fulfilling an obligation/promise/loan/etc is essential to one's character IMO.
Best result would be, you be repaid and smashbtc REBUILDS his platform and hopefully makes a couple bucks from his site.
