Any ideas what I can do to get my money back if the business doesn't give me a refund?

Okay, there are a few reviews out there that say this .com business which accepts bitcoin acted fraudulently but there are also reviews saying that the business corrected any issues.  My experience is 4 good purchases and one bad one (my most recent purchase from them).  This last purchase has me freaking out because it was about 1/2 a bitcoin.  I placed the order and it was in pending status for several hours.  I decided to let it wait overnight and when I checked my account at my order had disappeared as if it were deleted.

I have the transaction ID and I sent it to the business in a support request.  I'm really skeptical now that this business will act honorably since the order was deleted from their site.

What can I do since the order isn't showing up in my account like all my other orders?  I didn't screen shot the order or save it because I've never ever had to do that. I do have the transaction ID.  How valuable is the bitcoin transaction ID in getting my money back?  I used blockchain.info and I could see that my bitcoin went to an IP address.  Does that IP address tie it to the business?   The payment service was through "bitpay" which I'm pretty sure is reputable and I've used it frequently.

I'll give more info on what the company is after they do or don't resolve the issue.  For now, I'm limiting info.

Any ideas what I can do to get my money back if the business doesn't give me a refund?

Edit: after posting the above I looked into bitpay's refund process.  I sent an email to their support department to see if the invoice was cancelled.  That's a little bit reassuring.  If the invoice was cancelled, I sure wish they would have said something instead of leaving me hanging with a bunch of money tied up like this.

Hopefully it is just a problem with bitpay, but if you don't tell us the company that ripped you off then nobody here can help and you are helping no one by posting this thread.

Thanks for your opinion, I'll update after there is more to the story.  For now, it could just be an order error for which I wouldn't want to raise further alarm bells of a scam accusation.

I have one response from the company on Facebook which wasn't very reassuring.  They asked for the order number after I had just told them the order was deleted from my account.

Like I said, I have the transaction ID generated when I sent payment through bitpay so I'm hoping that bitpay will have record of the invoice being paid or the invoice being cancelled after my payment.  Either of which would get me a refund or the items I ordered.
