So I guess the people that buy the lottery tickets is donating free money to the owner

Maybe Ognasty and sebastianju can help you with that if you plan to hold the funds on escrow since they are the more trusted guy out here and they've been holding huge funds from their clients thats why much better that you must select on those two mentioned names so your funds will not be in danger, and surely it can gain more trust if these guy will held on.

Maximum 10 tickets for each? So how about each people have 2 id with 2 different addresses? Do you allow this to happens? Because what i really saw right now people might abuse it with this kind of trick like they do on some giveaway. And you not even answer my question back there. How do you really mean by 0.1 guarantee for each person? After each wallet filled in with 0.1 btc you will start to draw? So how can each people can get that guarantee winning here?

mention you can buy as many tickets as you want like said earlier its unpossible to prevent abusing that. But still if one person buys 99 tickets he has still 1% chance to loose it all.

Good to see the funds is escrowed but did I miss something here on how the winner will be chosen? I only see "will put the txid on randomizer" What kind of randomizer? Can we verify the draw of the winner? Just to make sure it is a provably fair lottery, otherwise the use of escrow will be useless if it is not provably fair.

There's plenty of ways you can do this so that nobody can alter the results. This could be done by utilizing the blockchain for example. Perhaps Darkstar will go more into detail though

You could use bitcoin block hashes to generate random numbers. Perhaps set a time and date when you will be choosing the winner and pick the next block after that time. Then apply some kind of an algorithm (similar to those on dice sites) to generate a number using the bitcoin block hash. This is how Rollin.io does their lottery (details on their site). I'm not 100% sure I understood all of it correctly but there's plenty of people with more insight on the forum that could help you out.
