I was bored and wanted to create something fun, and cheap.
I know there are others, but I think this is cheaper than others and maybe a little different.

Each ticket will cost 0.00025 BTC that should be less than $0.25 USD. With your ticket you guess the last 5 characters for a specified block hash. The order does not matter, so just 5 characters (0-9, a-f). You can buy as many tickets as you want. When the block is found the payouts will be as follows:

Unawarded funds will roll over to the next specified block and cover transaction fees for payouts.

If two or more people win a prize, it will be split accordingly. So if 4 people get 4 matches the 13% will be split 4 ways.
