Did you use the new MtGox account number (starts with an M) or the old? Only the old works.

Have you gotten confirmation emails from bit instant? What is the order status?

Having the same problem. Tried to transfer funds from Dwolla to MtGox via Bitinstant. The money left Dwolla but failed to reach the destination. Emailed support yesterday a.m. No answer. Very annoying.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Glad to see the OP's problem is being resolved.

One problem I think some people might be happening is bitinstant asks for your mtgox account and in the "Example" they have an account with "M" in front of it. I'm not sure that's actually correct. Because on mtgox when you go to funding options/bitinstant it tells you a different account name/number to use with bitinstant.

This could be a problem a lot of people are having. I do believe the CEO even stated recently in an interview that ALOT of customers are sending in the wrong account information. He even talked about a guy showing up to his house demanding his money, turns out the guy sent him the wrong address lol.
