If you want to trade Bitcoins and Altcoins then you can try out Yobit.net and Poloniex.com Where thousands of traders doimd trading everyday to Make Money Online or to grow their Bitcoins. And also these sites are safe to use and you can use them without any restrictions.

There are many web wallets where you can store your bitcoin and use their mobile app to keep an eye on your bitcoins some of them are blockchain.info mobile wallet, electrum mobile wallet, coinbase etc.

But title on your thread and Opening post have different question. What actually you want?

since paypal has charge back and bitcoin or litecoin does not, there is no website that is reputable and legit that accepts it because simply put paypal has always been the breeding ground for all the scammers who take the cryptocurrency and then request a charge back and scam the sellers who can do nothing since paypal is not responsive to them.

all the suggestions above offer other ways of payment if you want to purchase.

there many app you can use for your phone, for example you can use tabtrader apps, its simple tabs that support many market exchange so you can check it in every second you want. or if you just focus with one market like poloniex, you can use poloniextracker, its also simple apps you can use. find what you think its good and works good for you and i hope you can satisfy.

Yes you're right and i dont see either legit sites who accepts it since some of legit sites afraid to lose some money if people would file some dispute to get their money back, as suggestion try to use other processor or might buy to the people nearest to us so we can feel at ease at not searching those site that accepts it,

Paypal is totally a source of evil interms of dispute feature and its chargebacks thats why people cannot get better life in transactions since they can pay huge money on it.

If you are looking for the website for buy bitcoins using paypal as payment method, you can try virwox visit it https://www.virwox.com .
But the problem you must pay high fees in my opinion because as we know paypal is reversible payment method, or you can try buying bitcoin on the currency exchange section, although i am doubt there are people will trade with you because of you are newbie and you must pay high fees too.

I recommend you holding your BTC in Coinbase wallet if you are not yet technical about others option. Its simple and easy to use online wallet.
As regarding conversion, try changer4u, jojo.cash, changer.com, etc.
Wait, it would be best if you visit bestchange.com. just choose the direction there, for example- btc to paypal and they will find best exchangers for you.
Hope I helped.  Smiley

using a web wallet is generally never a good suggestion and when that web wallet is coinbase it is absolutely not a good suggestion. you can use it for buying bitcoin if you are a newbie and want an easy way.

but for storing bitcoin it is a bad idea. using a desktop or better yet a cold storage is a lot better. and it is not hard even for a newbie.

if you decided to use any of these service or the ones in other comments be extra careful because there are some scammers among some of these (i have never used any of them though but i have seen complains) that have only made a website to scam you.

So you have shown the other dark side of my suggestion. Ahm, I agree but starting with easy online wallet like Coinbase help one to learn full procedure to use bitcoin. While security of ones bitcoin depends entirely on him. Although, cold storage is better if one doesn't wanna use bitcoins regularly.

You're absolutely right. Now that paypal has an incredible degree of difficulty in doing any transaction where such things can make us confused to do what it can to make we can buy a btc/ltc. Because paypal has sembonyan to protect all possible crimes that exist in the world, and it wants to make its customers safe from losing funds. So, it is better we use bank transfer to buy a BTC/LTC compared must answer your paypal account we are exposed to suspend or banned because of our mistakes

the same rules still apply though.
there is still risk of charge back and even if you use an escrow nothing is going to change because the time frame in which someone can request a charge back from paypal is a lot longer than you can wait in an escrow.

For bitcoins, I think the best website to be bought with paypal would be virwox as they charge least fee and would allow you to trade (limited amounts) without KYC. For Litecoins, this one is a site that you may try out: litecoinlocal.net

There are a lot of them out there. However most of them need verification which is annoying AF. I suggest if you're just a newbie, not trading or investing but just wanting to get your hands on some coins to experience that feeling, go for Virwox.

High fees, but I think it is worth it because they are taking a big risk by accepting reversible methods.
