Welcome on board buddy Smiley nice to see indians joining bitcoin.
As far your question is concerned, there is no reliable service or website in my knowledge that offers paytm cash for bitcoin but there are few individual sellers who can do this for you.Just take a lot at Marketplace section of this subforum and you may find one. And having no bank account is no problem. Just Zebpay or any wallet will do.Thats the beauty of bitcoin.
P.S always use escrow to deal with any individual as Bitcoin is irreversible and anonymous which means once you sent it,you can't cancel or revoke your payment

You cannot buy PayTM cash from Unocoins, the only place that currently allows such deals is localbitcoins.
OP, there are groups on WhatsApp where you can find people making such deals, but please beware from being scammed.

I must say pls do your prior checking with the seller of paytm before accepting such deals.I sometimes happen to get offers of buying 1 Bitcoin with paytm.Who will load such an amount in paytm with upgraded account? Though most of the debit card transactions is safe but still I would insist to trade with reputed members.

Though most of the debit card transactions is safe

Wow, I guess I should ask some of the customers I get to contact you, almost 90% of them are carders.

And here you are, thinking debit card transactions are safe :|

PS: No disrespect Intended

Indian debit cards are being sold dime a dozen on the Internet, I am not even considering dark web.

teens get the cards (supplied with VBV and MasterCard Secure Codes) and use it to fund Paytm and other such wallets, easiest way to cash out? Buy Bitcoins.

I sell paytm cash for bitcoins and there are some more traders whom you can trade with for paytm cash. You would need to check how trusted the users are before trading with them as paytm cash is reversible. I wouldn't trust LBC to buy paytm cash.

Yes, any form of INR is reversible. If the sender has hacked another person's Paytm account and sends you those funds, you wouldn't even know that the funds are fraudulent and they will be reversed. Bank accounts too can be hacked and the funds can be added in a Paytm account and then sent to another user's account who will then be a victim of the scam.

Then I guess any form of Bank Payment is also Reversible, paytm is redundant in this case.

paytm is blocking account now even with loaded funds Beware.. Avoid any Tranx with unknown persons ..
the main reason behind this Last Attack on Paytm During server upgrade (A group of people 48 Around Stole 6 Lakh Paytm cash)
Login paytm account from Different IMEI no.

Hello Launda,

I don't think bitcoin has any tie-up with paytm. And though Paytm is an Indian company which has tie-up with India government that's why there is no possibility of buying paytm cash using BTC.

It was not because of people sending/receiving fraudulent money but some customers were asking for refunds claiming they received damaged goods. I know of freecharge and mobikwik too who blocks accounts as these wallets get easily tricked when customers upload fraudulent funds and then recharge their own accounts.

You needn't worry about how you pay your bills. The recipient should worry if his customers are paying bills through reversible means.
