Is it a consequence of bad marketing decisions?

as it is written on the FAQ section, players can make withdrawals only when their balance is equal or above 0,002 Satoshi.
Also, please keep in mind that the withdrawal fee is 0,001 btc: you won't be able to withdraw your entire balance because of the fee, that's why the INSUFFICIENT FUNDS message appears.

We would like to remind you that these bonuses you have been earning are meant to promote our site and get people to play; our site is not a bitcoin faucet.

Then, after bringing you around 30 registered users, you drastically changing the conditions for promotion, making it impossible to obtain a bonus 0.02BTC. It is at least unfair, and i will not leave this situation like that.
