They're listing it as 12.5 cents because of how their automatic heuristic search engine is processing it, not because of an outdated price check.
Bit = an eighth of something, a la 8 bits to a byte.
12.5 cents = an eighth of a dollar.

That might the case, but in reality does it matter? Listing it at 12 cents is just not accurate.
