I've used Armory for almost three years now (Mac OS), and kept it up-to-date throughout that period. Recently, the hard drive of the iMac it was on started behaving badly. So I did a clean install of Bitcoin-QT (0.13.1) and Armory (0.95.1beta) on another mac (Mac OS 10.12.1), and imported the wallet. It does not show the same balance as it did on the previous machine. I have re-scanned the Armory balances, I have re-scanned the Armory database, I have tried the 'Fix Damaged Wallet" and am now becoming anxious: where did the other bitcoins go?

The wallet currently only shows transactions up until 2014, all transactions from 2015 and 2016 are missing. I do notice that Bitcoin-QT says it has processed 443422 blocks (and is synched), while Armory shows 343438 blocks in its lower right corner. This roughly is a two-year period.

What can you recommend I do to recover the missing bitcoins?

Can you also provide the dblog.txt file?

Try just running ArmoryDB for a while and see if it scans the latest blocks.

Is there a terminal command for that? I see no ArmoryDB application

It is a terminal command. I think you just need to run
Code:
ArmoryDB
in the terminal, but I am not quite sure as I don't use Macs

1) Delete your db (/Users/lykle/Library/Application Support/Armory/databases)

2) Delete dbLog.txt (/Users/lykle/Library/Application Support/Armory/dbLog.txt)

3) Run Armory, let it build & scan, then post dbLog.txt in here.

At first glance, your blockchain data is damaged around block 340k

Done, all funds I expected now appear in the imported wallet.

Is it useful to provide you with the new log files?

Thanks for the help!

No, if it works, you don't have to
