Okpay, Safe Site? Wire Transfer fees?

Anyone use Okpay, ever had any problems with it? Are there any better sites to use than it for wire transfers?

Reason I am looking at Okpay is that BTC-E accepts it.

The big advantage is that they have a debit card linked to your wallet, so you can spend your bitcoins without having to send them back to your bank account.

Thats for the reply, thats what I needed to know.

I signed up yesterday, just wanted to check its safe before getting verified.

It seems like if could be the easiest way to get funds onto BTC-E.

For me it just seem s like the easiest method, wire transfer to okpay use okpay to buy on btce.

Had a quick google and found this on there site regarding Cyprus.

As you have probably already heard from the news, the Cypriot government is planning to introduce a one-time tax on all customer's accounts held within Cypriot financial institutions. In order to secure the collection of this tax, many customers have had funds blocked on their Cyprus-based bank accounts.

OKPAY Inc. officially declares that Cyprus bailout will have absolutely no effect on the funds held in our customer's accounts, as these funds are kept outside Cyprus. However OKPAY Debit Card MasterCard® is issued by our financial partner CSC24Seven Ltd. which is a Cyprus registered financial company regulated by the Central Bank of Cyprus.

OKPAY Debit Card holders will have probably noticed an unrecognised transaction applied to their cards during the weekend of 16th-17th March 2013. Temporarily applied limits of OKPAY Debit Cards are: 250 EUR or the equivalent per day for ATM transactions; and 750 EUR per day for POS transactions."

Im looking into other sites as well such as AurumXChange, do you know much about this. I made an account there also but need to get verifyed. Im unsure which site is best.
