Because of all the support and the need to hire more staff to answer everyone we have moved the support from our old method (just reply to mails) to ZenDesk.
Support for Mt. Gox is available at: https://support.mtgox.com/
Since it's a totally separate service, support is available even when the site itself is down (DDoS, server issues, end of the world, etc).
We'll have more people available to reply to everyone shortly, however it'll probably take one or two weeks before we finally reply to everyone. Please try to read the FAQ before asking stuff.
