Loan Amount: $100-$300
Reason for Taking out a Loan: Broke AF and GF going crazy about Xmas for her kids
Amount to be repaid: Bid on interest/make offer
Loan Duration: Tax return time worst case or likely sooner..
Type of Collateral: Plenty

I'd rather take a little haircut on interest than sell my BTC and watch it go to $10k without me..

This time of year is a bitch, in between seasons their isn't much work, high heating costs especially with these blizzards, somewhat poor money management I guess I'll admit..

I need...
$100-$150 in playstation credit..
Pokemon Moon for 3DS
Cheap used laptop for a kid..

Our winter employment will kick in soon when it's winter enough for the tourists so I can probably pay it back then, which is pretty much now..
Worst case scenario I can pay back when we get our taxes back, expecting $5k-$10k back..

I may just end up spending BTC on what I need if it's the only way to get a screaming deal, but I'd rather just borrow some paypal or whatever a seller I find needs and not spend my BTC, or just have the lender buy online and ship to my address...

Repayment by cash in the mail sounds good to me.. USD ca$h dollar$ are still good around here right?

If I don't trust you it will make things more complicated.. Looking for someone I can trust in USA preferably..

Not 100% sure what the collateral is either, but based on your post, it seems you are willing to offer BTCTC as a collateral?

Sorry man but i still don't get it.
You will escrow (?) a 300$ worth of BTC to get...BTC?
Or do you mean a deposit on a Bank or a Paypal or just cash deal in person, with your BTC as Collateral?

I think he is asking for cold cash for his BTC as his collateral. Because he doesn't want to actually sell his Bitcoins.

Sorry man but i still don't get it.
You will escrow (?) yes a 300$ worth of BTC maybe to get...BTC no?
Or do you mean a deposit on a Bank or a Paypal or just cash deal in person, with your BTC as Collateral? kinda

I think he is asking for cold cash for his BTC as his collateral. Because he doesn't want to actually sell his Bitcoins.

Yes!! But I never even need to see the cash..

Make an agreement on the interest rate..
I send the lender the BTC collateral, links to what I need, and my shipping address..
Lender buys me what I need off the internet with his paypal and has it shipped to my address with tracking..
Lender sends me his shipping address for cash in the mail repayment.. Or Western Union?
I pay the lender back cash plus interest in a late Xmas card or WU..
Lender gives me my BTC back and makes a few bucks..
Everyone is happy..

This is a weird loan request but seems legit. OP want's to still have coins after his loan so he is borrowing not BTC but goods and using BTC as his collateral. Seems like a reverse loan in the Bitcoin lending section. Very unorthodox but a great idea. Hope someone can help you out OP with your Christmas shopping list.

Yeah, I'm open to offers..

Thanks..

Still looking for someone in the USA for easy repayment..

Also, since I'm offering pretty much the best collateral possible, their is pretty much no risk to the lender.. The risk is all on my side getting my collateral stolen, or the lender shipping me illegal shit.. Lender will also get cash for his paypal so that's also pretty handy too..

I'd say this warrants pretty low interest reflecting the lenders time and effort as their is basically no risk..

This is also not my only option..

It seems like you are trying to go long on BTC, i assume? So the collateral is BTC, and I'll send you a USD denominated loan?

I could potentially do this if

- Payment is done by bitcoin
- Repayment is done by bitcoin
- Escrow holds collateral.

Note "potentially". I could change my mind any time.

Thanks

I'm interested in doing this for you OP but I am not in the US so probably I can only buy stuff for you if it's on ebay or something I can buy online. Also, can you send me the links of everything you need to buy and how much BTC are we talking about as collateral. Let me know. Smiley
