First of all I admit that I do not have knowledge in regards to bitcoin network. I just want to point out some concerns regarding security.

On my knowledge, bitcoin makes our transaction secured and anonymous. We are aware that before we can make transactions we need a wallet and there are lots of sites that you can get one. Some of these sites requires registration which is totally fine for me. My concern is that, some of these sites requires me to "verify" my identity by uploading government ID's, address, pictures and any other document to personally identify me.

You don't need to register in any site to get a wallet.  Simply download a wallet software like Bitcoin Core for full wallet or Electrum/Multibit HD for SPV wallet.  Full wallet will require you to download the whole blockchain and store it in your hard drive (unless you use pruned mode which will make the stored files much smaller).

First of all: welcome to the bitcoin communtiy

I want to help you out by pointing out a couple of things: bitcoin is pseudo-anonymous. You'll usually need a verified account to either buy BTC for FIAT, or to withdraw FIAT after you've exchanged BTC.
Also, when you use BTC, you'll usually need to provide a physical address to ship goods or services.

Secondly: i would also advice you to use a desktop wallet (see Jhanzo's post). Those wallets manage your private keys right on your computer. You don't need any verification to run a desktop wallet...

I personally that's part of the whole problem with the dilution of some of the original ideas of bitcoin. It's understandable if it's about exchanging crypto to fiat since that taint is necessary... but if you really need to verify to merely open a wallet or buy some bitcoin? Look around and use other wallets, friend. Plenty of good ones that don't ever need verification. Then go do some work that pays in bitcoin so you never need to buy with fiat ever.

There's no such thing as a truly anonymous transaction with Bitcoin for a new user. You need to learn a lot to be anonymous. Don't use any service that requires your sensitive documents to sign up.

What bitcoin registration? Did you mean wallet? Theres no need for registration for bitcoin wallet. Some wallet wants you to sign up in able for you to have a wallet. For example, the xapo wallet. You will sign up to their sight or their app to use it. But there are wallet dont need to register to use or to store btc. Mycelium is one of the example of this. It doesnt require you to sign up. I suggest you to use this kind of wallet because its more safer than any online wallets.

the only places you need to register government documements is if you want to wire transfer FIAT to the service.
however you should see if there are any local bitcoin meetups and trade with like minded people face to face.

though others have said dont expect 100% anonymity

after all if you actually cared about your financial anonymity you would not have publicly announced your username and bitcoin address in a way that makes it easy to find

If the OP meant about the different forums related to bitcoin, then it doesn't need any identity to be verified. As mentioned for wallet creation sign up is needed. Some request for verification, and for getting into trade most of the time verification is a must than for transaction or any other needs

Bitcoins are sent to and from bitcoin addresses, which are essentially random numbers with no identifying information.

When you send to an IP address, the transaction is still written to a bitcoin address.  The IP address is only used to connect to the recipient's computer to request a fresh bitcoin address, give the transaction directly to the recipient and get a confirmation.

Blocks contain a history of the bitcoin addresses that a coin has been transferred to.  If the identities of the people using the bitcoin addresses are not known and each address is used only once, then this information only reveals that some unknown person transferred some amount to someone else.

The possibility to be anonymous or pseudonymous relies on you not revealing any identifying information about yourself in connection with the bitcoin addresses you use.  If you post your bitcoin address on the web, then you're associating that address and any transactions with it with the name you posted under.  If you posted under a handle that you haven't associated with your real identity, then you're still pseudonymous.

For greater privacy, it's best to use bitcoin addresses only once.  You can change addresses as often as you want using Options->Change Your Address.  Transfers by IP address automatically use a new bitcoin address each time.

Bitcoin said to be pseudo-anonymous cause it can only be if you know how to mantain your anonymity while using it. Generating a bitcoin wallet from places where they ask you to send a government id is not a great idead if you want to remain anonymous.
