Hillary got the money in return for promises that she will be giving tax breaks and incentives to these corporations and banks once she gets elected. But despite the overwhelming odds, Trump won the election, and now Hillary and the Democrats are unable to fulfill the promises they made. Either they should return the money, or they must force the Republicans to give some concessions to these corporations. It is a tough choice.

There was one more reason. She won the Democrat nomination through unfair means. Bernie Sanders would have won the Democrat nomination and the POTUS elections, but Hillary rigged the primaries and won the nomination. Democrat delegates including Amy Klobuchar and Al Franken voted for Hillary, despite Bernie Sanders winning the primaries in their home states.

There is no doubt that there was a massive amount of voter fraud committed during the POTUS elections in November. But the bad news for the Democrats is that 99% of this voter fraud was committed by their own party members. For example, in a polling booth in Detroit, more than 300 votes were counted, although the total number of voters were around 50. And Hillary won 99% of the vote in that booth.

I'm sure Trump really won honestly. You can argue about why it happened, but that is another question. Always in the elections has the advantage of the ruling party. So Trump had no chance for fraud. Now actions Trump be more adequate and maybe he has a chance to become a good President.

Perhaps not enough dead people and illegal aliens voted in states such as Pennsylvania, Michigan, and Wisconsin. That is the reason why Hillary lost. Hopefully they can make up for that in 2020.

We can't give definitive answer without concrete facts and profs.
It seems that Putin and Russia really had desire to see Trump as new US President.
Real question is really if they did something about it.
I doubt that Trump, or his team, will work hard on this issue
Public will never know real truth about it.
