Hello everyone, Its been a while since we posted here and we would like to remind you of a great way to actually earn bitcoin on a constant basis, by working as a freelancer on XBTFreelancer platform or by promoting it. WE HAVE FREELANCERS MAKING as much as 4-7 BTC a month. It does require you to actually work but if you do it well, you can earn a substantial monthly income by working as a freelancer on the platform. Any online job is possible, from programming, graphic design, content writing, translating, promoting, server administration tasks, etc. The site uses a built-in escrow system, so you are safe working as long as you make sure an employer awarded you a project and had created milestone/s (escrow/s) totalling your won bid amount, providing you had completed the job. If you don't have skills or the time to work, check out our affiliate system at https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/affiliates which let's you earn 35% revenue share on any fees generated by your traffic for a LIFETIME period. i.e: earn commissions generated by freelancers your referred to the platform as well as fees generated by employers you had referred to it, who hire freelancers to work on projects. You can post your link on Facebook groups, on twitter and/or on forums. You can even email your link to a friends and earn on any job they are hired to do on the platform. Simply signup at https://www.xbtfreelancer.com. Make sure you edit your user profile with your freelancer skills. This will ensure that you will be invited automatically as soon as a project matching your skill set is posted. Best Regards and Thank you all. May the BTC revolution win!

It's nice to see this freelancing site active here in the forum. O am actually looking for a platform like fiverr an looks like this one is a good candidate since it has bitcoin payment + the referral opportunity is really a nice deal. I hope you can have future promotion for new freelancers or any other way of earnin more besides the two options that you have mentioned.

I think you need to put more money on marketing and advertisement. You can not depend all on affiliate programs because they do not bring a stable number of members to your site. Spending funds for advertising will help you to get much more visitors. I have never seen any banner about your site on some Bitcoin-related pages. It is not a good way to maintain an online business at all

Services like those could become really successful in the bitcoin world but there is a lack of advertisement and funding sometimes. I'm sure people would've switched to this platform instead of using Fiverr or Bitcointalk section while offering services If this project was advertised and maintained more professionally but the referral program look like a good program so that could help somehow.

I would like to submit my honest review of this site. People are here working for basically nothing because they probably live in some third world country and it is almost impossible to get a decent paying job. Otherwise it is a pretty good service.
+1 to this opinion, i totally agree. the payment rates is very low you need a lot of hours to work and eventually at some point, to get something. at least decent... Good efford though, if the payrates goes higher i will join and be more active there.

Yeah, a signature campaign for XBTFreelancer would be great I would like to submit my honest review of this site. Good efford though, if the payrates goes higher i will join and be more active there. It's a simple supply and demand issue, there are lots of workers and much less employers, so prices are low for relatively easy jobs. But if you look on top projects, they are rewarded pretty well.

I don't agree that jobs are not paying well. Skilled freelancers with good ratings & reviews are in most cases contacted directly and offered hundreds of dollars for a few days of work. I see this daily.
I do agree that its a matter of supply and demand and I am sure that as more employers post projects, it will be more rewarding to everyone.
As for advertising, we had been spending 40-50 BTC in the past year alone on advertisements, probably in the wrong places but it was a matter of creating a big marketplace first. These days we are trying to get some BT forum ads going, we will get them before the year ends but you must understand that competing with casino/dice/gaming sites is sometimes hard for a freelancing site.

Hi XBTfreelancer, I promote your service over one year here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=985550.0This thread have over 27k views. XBT Freelancer - Very good service! Unfortunately, it has one minus - the employee pays 10% fee. Anyway it is worth to check https://www.xbtfreelancer.com/" Bid on projects, contact employers and start working on your awarded projects. Get Paid in Bitcoin." Unfortunately, posting referral links on Bitcointalk is not allowed, but I also cooperate with service providers when they have giveaways, discounts, or other promotional offers. If you have idea about promotion on Bitcointalk i'm ready to help. Cheers!

Thanks so much for posting this info and including XBTFreelancer, really helpful post!
I am considering a signature campaign apart from the regular ad slots on BT. What would be best or cost effective ? Anyone with experience in these two ad options?

Am checking out the site as a freelancer. My experience in general: tough market for a writer capable of high-end writing.
1. Competing with very cheap content that passes generic plagiarism/uniqueness. It's the age of quantity SEO over quality. 2. Clients actually prefer cheap content over unique content.
I'll test out this site and see if this holds true for a bitcoin freelancer platform!

There is a place for high-end writers, especially in the crypto space. There is even more space for writers with in-depth or extended experience/knowledge in the world of crypto.
I had seen freelancers getting paid around 15-20 USD per article, a good written one. I don't remember seeing these amounts offered on fiat based freelancing sites or on general themes that most people think anyone can write about. But maybe its just because I am not in the content industry in the past years.
If you opened an account, make sure you aggregate "Writing" type skills and "Cryptocurrency" skills. I see here in there employers looking for high quality writers to write anything from ICO docs to business plans for crypto ventures etc. These skills along with high quality or high end writing skills are hard to come by.

I tried your website and I disagree. There are always eight people who bid like 20 cents per 100 words which is basically nothing to anyone other than third world country residents. Had you seen them taking any serious job from anyone? In most cases the freelancers with low bids and no ratings never get projects awarded to them. That's what I notice in 90% of cases. I do agree that for example, for some small PHP fixes someone might win if he bids the lowest but for serious jobs what I mostly notice is that serious bids are much more considered by employers, especially if they are coming from reviewed/rated freelancers.

I will probably start a signature campaign in the next days, thanks for the idea. I had rather not post on the micro earning section because I think https://www.xbtfreelancer.com should be better used for bigger projects rather than for small jobs.

As a guideline you can refer to this post made by hilarious about signature campaigns and what is not and what is good for both tje service and the participants. It will help prevent spam and boost your exposure: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1684035.0

Yeah starting a signature campaign is better but not everyone can start a signature campaign and some people do not know about the effectiveness of signature campaign so do not start. with his old method he is trying from more than a week and I think not got any success.
