Why don't you carry a normal ICO then?

You can get the escrows to release the minumum of 15 BTC  in the beginning and then the rest is released in milestones as you deliver.

This PRE-ICO stuff is just dodgy.

lolz reading your post history made me laugh, only an idiot would dedicate himself to discover scams on the alternate crypto section, basically every single ico here is a scam until they deliver their "final product", it doesn't matter if it has escrow or no (like your article about escrowed Rise), scams will only stop once either investors use more their brains to select a good one or once icos receive their money until fully completion of their technology.

I fond what he's doing commendable. He deserves our respect and yours.
