I really think that you should have at least used the search button first, but here you are :

- Claymore miner is the easiest way to mine them (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1433925.0)

Just buy mining rig. Search forum, every 2 days there is thread about what are best parts right now. Download claymore miner, join pool and you are good to go.
