These are actual ASICMINER shares held directly with friedcat NOT pass-thru shares.

Your shares will not include this week's (April 10th) dividend payment.

0.75 BTC/share is in line with where both listed pass-thrus are currently quoted.

This not an auction, but a straight "buy now" offer at a fixed price per share.  I can break the 175 shares between various buyers but with a minimum purchase of 50 shares.  The sale will be first come, first served until the 175 have been exhausted.

I possess no non-public negative information on ASICMINER.  I will remain heavily invested with a very bullish attitude toward the project and its future prospects.  I am merely selling a small portion of my position to rehedge my overall portfolio to the large move in USD/BTC rates over the past few days.

Just to clarify for those who missed this point in my long-windedness:

THE MINIMUM PURCHASE SIZE FOR THIS SALE IS 50 SHARES


The main reason for this is that transfers between ASICMINER shareholders is currently a manual process and I would hate to burden our dear friend friedcat with potentially dozens of such transactions.
