There will be no successful Ethereum smart contract based casinos until the high fees problem is solved.
If all the logic is processed by smart contracts the fees will be high. The fees may be lower if some part of the game will be centralized. But it won't be a fully decentralized and fair game then.
For small bets like $5 or $10 the fees may reach $1 or more.
However, the team has probably found a solution, I don't know. But I also don't know why they keep it in secret if they really found it.
POS could eliminate the problem but nobody knows if and when POS will be implemented in Ethereum.

So one more ICO has almost crashed the Ethereum blockchain, sending about 2000 transactions per second.
How this might impact Edgeless Casino in the future? If ETH blockchain will be unusable, will the casino have to be putted offline?

EDG tokens can be moved through the Ethereum platform. So for the purpose of moving or storing them you can use the myetherwallet wallet!

As there was an official announcement from EDG team about the launch with no specific date, the price has shot up from 11-16k sat and has become the floor price for EDG now, I see 30k coming up by this month end. |

The Edgeless Casino itself (if it is popular enough) with many other anticipated big projects will make ETH blockchain unstable. Any Ethereum-based casino will not have a significant success until Ethereum scaling problem is solved. |
