Gladly we diversified our funds right after an ICO and we have a sufficient amount to run the project. 2017.07.19 — Parity multi-sig wallets written by Gavin Woods (ex. CTO of Ethereum Foundation) got hacked due to a small bug in the code. Technically speaking, this hack put at risk all the Ethereum tokens which are stored in these multi-signatures. Since Parity is an industry standard, that’s almost every Ethereum project and major crypto exchanges.
And it happened!
How large damage is?

Well the quick response to the situation has definitely restored my confidence in the project and team but one has to wonder is it really a good idea to use ETH as the backbone of the project surely there is more secure networks out there that have proven the test of time. It might be a good idea to look into other projects to complete the roadmap on before a full on release just saying if those white hats take off with that 86 million then ETH is going to be having a really bad day I know I won't touch it or use it....
