There are plenty of bitcoin casino's that operate without a RNG license. It's not nesscessary as far as I know. It just adds to credibility.

It's actually fast, but the dev team has already estimated that it will happen this September. In fact, I think they already have it, judging from the confidence and positive vibe from the tweets. If we are expecting bad news, I assume they would tweet less and more neutral topics. I guess they are just prepping for the big blowout celebration of the casino opening, maybe in Korea where most of their supporters are.
