As for the theft, they already stated they would implement minimum usage of ETH in the games and EDG would be the main money used for all the gaming/lottery purpose till they have enough funds to run the project.

The license is big and it's one thing that we should be waiting now, dev gives us hope and they assured that it will be approved within this year and that is big because it's a big part that would bring the price up.
