Online casino gaming is having a ‘prime’ time.
 
ICE 2018 was huge. With over 30,000 attendees from more than 150 countries, ICE Totally Gaming brought the international online and offline gaming sectors together.
The entire venue was divided into 2 parts: offline gambling operators and online gambling operators. An interesting fact is that 5 years ago, there was almost nothing happening for online operators — and now it’s a total shift.
 
The online gambling venue was overpacked with people and the offline gambling part felt a bit empty. If you talk with most of the industry oldies, they would confirm an online gambling phenomena and how fast it took an industry. Start-ups which started 3 or 4 years ago now have the largest stands in the conference.

Thanks for this story. So what this tells me is while EDG is suffering from a decline in buying at 90BTC daily volume because of the general decline in all of crypto volume which basically means the alt markets are in hibernation and BTC perceived slowdown, the work of the dev team continues to market the casino to potential partners. They may have acquired interested parties to collaborate with them. I don't know I'm just guessing.

But one thing for sure, online gaming is still on a rise, it's just that the Edgeless casino is a young startup that has yet to attract the gamblers to play. Anyway, if Clam/Just-Dice could do it, why not EDG.

Hopefully with the great updates like this will make people realize that the price pre EDG now is really at a bargain price.
I would love to buy more but I have enough in my wallet, despite seeing a price dump, I am still not in a panic mode and just hope to see a great market again.

Can you list out one major advantage to use this exchange compared to shapeshift or changelly? Most of these exchanges have poor conversion rates and many prefer to stay away from it.

Don't use Changelly, I hear they are having problems. I don't know if they are understaffed or just plain incompetent. Check out their reddit to see more customer feedback.

I think sports betting are not yet implemented in the system yet so we have to wait a little longer based on the road map they showed.

What it looks like? I've  met a few references that its's like an agregator indeed which is selecting the top rate among the most popular exchange platforms..And I' d like to know about some charge for using it, cause no one likes to compare rates and waste their time)

My idea is that low EDG price needed to facilitate the increasing of the number of real players on the platform. BTW I dont understand why do you guys think that the casino chip must be expencive?  My opinion is that the optimal range of the EDG price is around 0,5...1,5 USD.

Limited supply, buddy. This is not like your regular casino where you can make chips with different denominations as many as you want and then exchange them for fiat or vice versa at the casino's entrance. The EDG chip in this case can be bought or sold in several crypto exchanges.

The profit potential here is that because of limited supply, the large number of casino players will have to bid over one another in order to play with it in the casino.

Secondly, you can only get a share of the weekly profit (40%/among EDG holders) if you hold EDG.

Limited supply means high price? Always? I'd like to prolongate your idea and tell that high price means limited demand. That is why the price goes down despite the limited supply, buddy.

This is like the regular casino would make limited number of chips and sells them rising the price one after another. At the certain moment the last potential player decides that the price of a chip is so high and goes to another casino with his money. The average player has 50-100 USD weekly to spend to online gambling games. Edgeless bet's imits are 0,2 EDG - 5 EDG. Thus you need about 50-100 EDG to have a long play with average bet of 1EDG. Now you can easily calculate the EDG/USD ratio. If the ratio is lower than 1 it is good for players and it may attract more players on the platform. The opposit will occur when the ratio is higher than 1. This is the basis of my opinion why the cost of EDG should be around 1 USD until the bet limits are 0,2-5 EDG.
