Lots and lots of freeze dried and canned foods, medicine, and medical equipment. Who knows what would happen afterward if you were to survive!

You need to produce food for your own consumption. In the bunker, you need to store seeds of various grains, vegetables and fruits. And more importantly, you might require millions of gallons of water (which is even more important than food). And also, you need to have artificial lighting. Else, the crops will not grow inside the bunker.

I don't think there would be a safe place if ever a nuclear war breaks out because if that happens it will cause a nuclear winter that will block the sunlight from entering the atmosphere for years thus all the plants on earth will die and soon the domino effect will take place from animals going extinct because of lack of food and then all humanity will fall as well.

Depends what kind of nuclear war and how many nukes involved.

The safest place is as far away from military base as possible since those will be attacked first, and as far away from large cities as well with > 1million population.

Also you might not want to be in the capital, nor in an economically or politically important city.



You probably want to be near mountains, especially those that have cave systems, or on a remote island on the ocean.



Any other place is toast, and probably 90% of the population will perish in such scenario.

I wouldnt be so sure of that. As far as i know there still exist around 16.000 nukes as of today.
That would be probably enough to terraform mars if we just explode them their.

Actually, I think that the issue is not very relevant, because nuclear war is not so easy to start. What is the point to start it? Each state leader has money, children and grandchildren. Who would want to lose.

Nope.  Because the Hearndresen bloat-to-big-corp-only attack failed and there are more than '5 copies' of the blockchain world-wide, Bitcoin will eventually be revived.  Anyone who keeps their secret keys secret and not let them be destroyed will eventually be able to re-capture value.  Possibly at vastly inflated rates.  But yes, it won't happen for a number of years and a Bitcoiner will have to have more primitive options (and a lot of luck) to keep them alive long enough to realize the stored value.

And just like any other civilizations that started from the earliest of times - they did opt to start somewhere where there is plenty of potable water.
