According to http://monerobechmarks.byethost5.com it's 311 h/s.
Have you got these results yourself?
I saw this page before, however there is only one result for RX460 and given the fact that they have quite wide ranges for other RX 4* cards I would like to get some more data. So, as I wrote firsthand experience, please.

I get a consistent ~302 H/s out of my 2GB Asus OC Edition RX-460s.  I'm actually quite happy with these cards, despite the bad name they get from some ranting online idiots who expect more out of them than they are intended to provide.

In contrast, I have a 4GB XFX RS RX-480 that only manages a disappointing ~580 H/s for double the price and power consumption.

These are totally stock, no custom firmware or undervolt / overclock.  Running wolf-xmr-miner with optimized configs on Ubuntu Server 16.04.

Picked up a powercolor 2gb red dragon. Got it pushing @430~435h/s using wolf miner. Did my own custom timings and set the miner at R.I. of 892 on one thread. Much cheaper option than the 480s as they are sold out everywhere
