"Segregated Witness solves the transaction malleability problem, but more important than that, it makes all arguments about bitcoin’s transaction capacity limits a thing of the past. When “SegWit” activates, transactions using it will show up as spendable instantly, and there will be vastly more of them per second, killing another frequent and frankly, silly objection to bitcoin’s utility.

How bitcoin is used is about to change radically, and for the better. The final perceived limitations to it have been destroyed with SegWit
"

Never was there a more ridiculous fool.

The only thing logical about what is being said is that 'when SegWit activates'.  Which is never.  So, all of these claims will never happen.  Which turns out to be correct.

I don't see the problem that you seem to have with SegWit - the guy is basically right. Scaling Bitcoin via increases of blocksize alone would be the end of a decentralized network. SegWit is a very important contribution to maximize resource usage and to preserve a decentralized network. Most importantly it's a precondition for Lightning Networks, which are a very good solution to enable secure microtransactions at low costs and high speed. Expecting to scale Bitcoin only on-chain is simply not feasible without putting it at risk of centralized control by a limited number of high-resource node operators.

i can't see how what he is saying is wrong, he is just spamming conjectures, "if that then this", what the fact that segwit will not be activated presumably, have to do with his words? and last but not last is 100% cinfirmed that segwit will never be activated?
