How long does it take for them to refund coins or reply for that matter.  SO far just a runaround and no promises.  What am i supposed to do just wait forever.and see what happens.  I paid and was not credited they sent me a fake coupon code when i didnt even purchase a coupon and now the price is triple.  DO you think i should get triple the value in coins considering they are holding my money for such a long time and coins have tripled in value i mean is this fair buisness.what do you think.shouldnt i get coins in refund and not some cash voucher 3 weeks later or whenever they get around to it i guess.
According to NIST and ECRYPT II, the cryptographic algorithms used in Bitcoin are expected to be strong until at least 2030. (After that, it will not be too difficult to transition to different algorithms.)

You may want to post in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.0 - I believe their support personnel actively monitor it, so you may receive a more timely response than posting here.
