 I need someone who can kindly loan me a 1,5$ paypal, that is for something a bit urgent so I do not have where to found it , I need it for complet the amount for an payment. The only thread in all of this is that I am not willing to determine the repayment date. All I can say is that I commit to reimburse.

Your collateral doesn't make sense.It has to be something that you have possession of that is worth 120% of the value of the loan. No one can suggest a collateral because we don't know what you own.
