Why even if my last transaction is confirmed I can't use the funds?

I mean blockchain is not updating the funds in my wallet, I even checked the wallet in used wallets and it is there with the balance

That's a problem with your wallet. What wallet are you using? If it's a web wallet such as blockchain.info I'm afraid there's not much we can do to help. If you're using a full wallet such as bitcoin core wait for it to sync.
