As we discussed in our previous article, Qtum builds on top of the UTXO model of Bitcoin, but still allows for creating and executing smart contracts using the Accounts model offered by Ethereum. The magic that makes that work is something called the “Account Abstraction Layer”, which, as the name states, abstracts the concept of Accounts away from the implementation, allowing virtual machines like the EVM (or upcoming Qtum x86 VM) to run atop the UTXO model that powers Qtum.

Qtum X has its own coin - I e-mailed them, and their documentation also hints at that - a coin called QTX!

Ranked at the 25th position on coinmarketcap, and fell continuously from its ATH last year.
I guess this is one of good entry point to invest.

That is the same situation in all altcoins markets they continuously losing its value after that ATH if you see the potential and quite sure about that it is reach to ATL than good decision to buy this token. Now we can see good news about the future of this ecosystem so that I also think it will bounce back soon.

Proof of Authority is the consensus mechanism for QtumX, which is a permissioned enterprise blockchain. I think that means specific nodes are delegated to verify and publish the blocks.
