Please tell me if it is worth signing up for so that I can better judge when to buy or sell bitcoin.

He is very bullish, so his predictions are useful only on uptrend. Useful for long term trade, not useful for short term. He claims his analysis based on Eliott wave theory, but there is only one count provided there - the obvious top count from early beginning (0(0) - 32(1) - 1.99(2) - current (3)). Mostly no subcounts at all.
