I have had a good service so far with wirex card but today i tried to move money from my wirex bitcoin wallet to my wirex debit card and it gave me the confirmation that it went through, then i received an email saying my withdrawal has failed i should contact customer services. But i looked back in my wirex bitcoin wallet and the money is not there either.. so its not on my card and not in ny wallet where has my money disappeared to?
Man what the heck?? I tried to load £331,

I emailed them but i haven't had any response just an annoying auto message

This needs to be sorted asap

Can a wirex team member contact me regarding this matter

Thank you

JAy

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

Pls report back on this cause I have not had any issues with them. The system has worked flawlessly so far.

Is it not better to just use a website like localbitcoin ? Then you can have your money in your local bank account and if there is a problem you can go to your local bank and find out why the transaction never went through and also you can hold the dealer responsible.

Using this wirex seems like it making you powerless if you have problems.

And I have to saw I'm pretty satisfied with it.I've cashout $40 till now and everything works perfectly.
Really happy with it,since there's no other way I can sell BTC in my country.

This really helps a lot.

Well, I think its a problem in the backend of their system and I guess you should contact the support team to retrieve back your btc.

Great service, very happy with this. Recommended.

I did have short term issues of not being able to load BTC to my card but this usually lasted for a couple hours only.
