Not without some amazing math behind it.  There are still the inherit limitations of the chips.

CGMiner/Diablominer/BFGMiner/Phoenix/kernal have all been pushed as far as they will go.  Mining hashrates have not improved in the last 6 months.  At this point Hardware (ASIC) is where it is at.
