I doubt we will see $1k in this leg up. The rally is speeding up its pace, which is a sign of running slowly out of steam. That means, we should first be back to test the $700 levels before going further up, in the first place. How far we go then depends on how deep the coming correction is. Step by step.

$1000 is indeed too much to happen in such a short time, and honestly speaking, I don't want it to continuously keep going up. At some point you can bet on it that the price will get dumped down again. That's why I prefer a slower growth over peaks. In that point, you're right, step by step building up the price is much better than just speeding up to something we know from that it will only result in dumps.

First of all I am not a bear or a troll. I am a forever bull who likes to but the dips. Second I am not a Kwukduck alt account but I think you are an alt account of someone because you are registered last 2013 and yet you have very few posts. Maybe you are a bought account. Third I made a mistake. I do not mean to answer against the OP, my post was directed towards Sir Alpha Goy. Please check the whole thread and our posts against one another.

it is possible only because it is bitcoin we are talking about, and we have seen many strange things happen.

but in my speculation, the chances of that happening is a bit low right now. because of the big rise that has happened prior to this, i think the support is getting thin. so it needs more time to build up the support then go up.
in other words: more time needed!

Im starting to see it through your eyes. This is now officially the last day of the year so if btc is going to make it, it's got to start going up right about now. I've seen some hard bounces so its possible but not very likely.
