I forgot to post my suggestions my suggestion is there should be a captcha for maximum security or email confirmation every time we login,just like all the other cloud mining site,I haven't tried the phone security but you do have an excellent design,can you make an automated translation each tim there's a new visitor coming from english speaking country ,the translation tool is at chinese default..

Never mind, here we go ! Merry Christmas dear, Our secure method is active , the google Authentication is needed, within provide global mining service , the SMS authentication is not work well in different area. When login , system do not ask google authentication, when withdraw or any movement of financial could lead to active the google auth.

We are consider that whether need active both google authentication & SMS, because they are all in phone. We will  add the transaction password during use bitcoin or hash.

I hope this is a false positive but my anti virus keeps blocking your site I check on Virustotal and it seems it is indeed false positive since bitdefender is the only one with negative trust

First, I think The translation is a bit faulty and I see that some users have posted about it already. I'm just saying, If there's a built-in translator of PoW88, The entire pages should be fully  translated because at the moment, Some part are still in Chinese language. I don't know , Maybe getting an English speaker will solve this.

Next up is the Support, I don't know If it's just me but I love that little box I see beneath the page that enables me to talk to a staff when I run into problems. Support is very essential for any business as it gives customers assurance for the services you offer. Maybe setting up a forum at https://www.forum.pow8.com might help?

Second, although I can read some chinese just fine as I moved to the U.S just a few years ago, I can see not all parts of the pages are translated or translated correctly. Nice to see an attempt to do so, but you might want to hire someone to manually translate the information you guys have on the pages- you'll get more customers outside of just China. Also, are funds locked to your account until you purchase an actual miner from the site or no? It's fine if it is but I'm just wondering because you guys seem trustworthy and I might suggest a few people to use your site. I also like your hashnest-style hardware redeeming system, it's a little better than most cloudmining operations out there.

Third, OP links pow8.com which is a redirecting link to pow88.com. no big deal but you might want to directly link to pow88.com in the op directly.

Hello,that article you are posting is 7 years old if BITDEFENDER is still consider a malware then why it is included in the virustotal set of anti virus to check websites I think you need to go beyong 6 years of your search we are 2016 and already huge change has taken place over the course of 7 years.

Because  yesterday I have not  received your respond, only after I gather your advice, our engineer will send hash to your account. Pow8.com is not only an cloud mining platform,exactly we are miner-hosting service platform, users buy our miners, and we provide hosting service , after the miner products cannot reach the maintenance fee, users can shipping them back to destination.

Also , in order to users who do not want to hold on hash, or somebody just buy some of hash instead a unit miner hash, (for a7 its 6T)， fresh bird don"t want to buy so much , or they just wanna have a try. Or any other sell or buy reason.

Dear, A4 is not my first recommend miners,now A7 is best investment on pow8.com. If you want to buy some to test, I suggest that you can buy A7 0.1T on hash exchanges. More economy and can earn more.
